The product was amazing, but the shopping experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered a specific color, and it was available when I placed the order. However, a week later, I received an email saying that my order had been canceled. I did get the refund automatically, so I didn’t have to bother with that. When I came back to purchase, I noticed that they had jacked up the prices. I was really not happy with the whole experience. It seemed like there was no way to get in touch with customer service, and the chat feature on the website was pointless because it didn’t work. I hope that I continue liking the product and don’t have to deal with returns because I don’t think I’ll have any better experience with that either.

I love this pillow; I sleep so much better in pregnancy. I imagine this to be a useful pillow far beyond pregnancy! So cozy to have, when cuddles aren't unavailable. The perfect amount of smoosh yet firmness! Thank you for this <3

The quality is great and shipping was fast. I do think for taller people (I'm 5' 10"), the length isn't ideal. I wish I could have paid more for a longer version!
