Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:

  • Use the withdrawal function in your customer account at account.minicampshop.com
  • Contact us at hello@minicampshop.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw

After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation by email. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Exceptions — no right of withdrawal applies to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Items that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (see pillow policy below)

Return Policy — General

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@minicampshop.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Return Policy — Body Pillows (Nursing, Sleeping & Lumbar Pillows)

Our pillows are adjustable, with zippers to personalise the filling level. Because they come into direct contact with the body, the following conditions apply:

Unused pillows (cover not used, pillow not used):
Full refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.

Used pillows (cover removed or pillow used):
Under EU consumer protection regulations, comfort items that come into direct contact with the body may lose their right of withdrawal once they have been used and can no longer be returned in a hygienic condition. As a goodwill gesture, we offer a partial refund with a 20% restocking fee deducted to cover hygiene handling costs.

Order cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, before it ships, for a full refund. Once shipped, the right of withdrawal applies as described above.

Damaged or defective items:
Contact us immediately at hello@minicampshop.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
